Transparency Report & Warrant Canary

Current as of: November 2025

Trust is earned through transparency. This page is updated every month to report on the status of legal demands from agencies or countries. In the view of full transparency, we publish such requests here.

The Hong Kong Advantage

Unlike companies based in the United States, PDG Mail is not subject to National Security Letters (NSLs) or the associated perpetual gag orders that prevent companies from disclosing government demands.

Hong Kong does not have a direct legal equivalent to the US-style NSL. Consequently, we are generally free to disclose the existence of legal demands. However, we maintain this Warrant Canary as an additional layer of assurance and to align with global privacy best practices.

Official Statement

As of November 20, 2025, PDG Global Limited warrants that:

  • We have NOT received any National Security Letters.
  • We have NOT received any gag orders.
  • We have NOT received any warrants from any government organization to surrender encryption keys.
  • We have NOT installed any backdoors in our hardware or software.
